1. Please explain your Freight Policy?
For commercial addresses in the Continental U.S., UPS Ground service is free of charge on orders of $70.00 or more. Orders under $70.00 will be charged a $8.95 service fee.
For residential addresses in the Continental U.S., shipping and handling charges will be applied to your order.
For expedited, international, Hawaii, or Alaska orders, please call (800) 446-7225 for a freight estimate.
2. What is your Return policy?
MUMM PRODUCTS will accept returned goods for 30 days. Please call for return merchandise authorization before returning merchandise. Return goods should be carefully packed in original carton and insured for full value. We cannot be responsible for uninsured goods damaged in transit. A restocking charge may apply.
No returns or refunds will be accepted for special orders or parts.
3. What is your Damaged Goods policy?
Most of our orders are shipped by UPS. No claims or adjustments can be made without the submission of a damaged goods report to UPS. Credit will not be extended if damage has not been declared within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.

5. How can I order COD Service?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer COD service through the web site. You may order with COD service by calling (800) 446-7225 Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 5pm Central time. There is a charge of $18.00 per box of COD shipments. Click here for all ordering options.
6. What other payment methods are available?
You can prepay with a check or money order, or call with your credit card information. Print out an Order Form, and then mail or fax it to us or call (800) 446-7225 Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 5pm Central time. Click here for all ordering options.
7. Are the 6 pack rings environmentally friendly?
All MUMM PRODUCTS six pack ring carriers are photodegradable, non-toxic, and recyclable. If you would like to learn more, please visit the Hi-Cone environmental web site.
